Meal planning Monday -I'm on holiday

Ok, there is no shiny badge today as I'm lying in bed writing this on my tablet!

I am not in work today and on Saturday we are off on our holidays to the Royal Forest of Dean no less, and I can't wait. The weather though is meant to be a bit shit so it will be waterproofs and wellies!

Anyway the meal plan this week is more of a freezer raid and a vague attempt ar eating.....

Monday Burgers and chips

Tuesday sleepover at my friend Bony's

Wednesday Macaroni cheese

Thursday fishcakes....

Friday undecide

Saturday will have arrived but am making a spag bol to take with us.

So there you are random as ever. The chicken rice pot was not a success last week and I ended up having rice for 2 days!
