Spoilt
Being on holiday spoils you. Its not just the cottage which was free of clutter and the lovely surroundings but also the kitchen. And in particular having a dishwasher.
I've always wanted a dishwasher for home but then I guess that's because I'm spoilt too. We had one when I was growing up and it was great. No more standing next to the sink on Christmas Day washing endless plates. We used to put everything in ours until my mum realised that glasses used to get marked with the salt!
The kids thought that it was great having a dishwasher and would argue about who would put the tablets in. They would fill it after they'd finished every meal but emptying would be a parent thing. I love emptying the dishwasher and putting still warm plates and cutlery away.
So it got me thinking, where in the kitchen would I put a dishwasher and which one could I get. I looked around the Internet and found some great ones. Panasonic, a leading manufacturer since 1918 have a great ethos for producing quality products down to the smallest detail.
Dishwashers seem to have come a long way from the noisy one we had when younger, take the new Panasonic Integrated Dishwasher in 2013 its whisper quiet and has a 13 place setting capacity.
I really like the fact that this dishwasher has the highest possible energy rating which has been achieved with the help of water saving and a half load programme as well as a door which opens at the end of the cycle (on some modules) to aid in the drying process and also saving energy.
The dishwasher only has a noise level of just 44 decibels which is the same as a bird call. And a bit louder than being in a library which in a small house is ideal.
Don't just take my word for it - have a look:
Now, to save the money and buy one.....
