Wet weekend watching films - Justin and the Knights of Valour DVD Review
Last weekend was wet again (oh its so getting boring now) and so after lunch I prised open the DVD player (its getting old and we really need a new one!) and suprised the kids with a film.
Justin and the Knights of Valour is a film produced by Antonio Banderas and features Justin who dreams of being a Knight like his grandfather. His dad, though is dead set against this as he wants him to be a lawyer but Justin decides to go against him and the film follows his adventures on the road to knight hood!
We all really enjoyed this film and my favourite character was the wacky wizard, Melquiades while Car loved the feisty side kick Talia and Bel thought Justin was funny!
The film has many laughs, lots of knight fighting skills and lots to keep both parents and children entertained. The kids were also happy to receive a Justin Knights of Valor medal (Car has hers under her pillow).
The film is voiced by many famous names: Antonio Banderas, Freddie Highmore, Saoirse Ronan, Charles Dance, Mark Strong, Olivia Williams, Rupert Everett, Julie Walters, Tamsin Egerton, Alfred Molina and David Walliams.
I would definately recommend this film as a film to watch over half term (or any other wet Saturday before then!). The film is out on Blu-Ray and DVD on the 3rd February.
