Chocolate spread muffins

I made these last week and I know that someone commented on getting the recipe.
So here they are - the only two that were left - they've all gone now. They were a bit overbaked and next time I make them I will bake for less time.

Ingredients

100g sugar
100g butter
200g plain flour
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsps chocolate spread (any will do)
3 eggs
1 tbsps baking powder

Method

Mix all ingredients together in food processor for about 5 mins (or until at right consistency)

Add to muffin cases (makes 12 and a bit extra - kids ate the leftover mix!)

Cook for 30minutes at 180C / Gas Mark 4/5

And the taste - well they were yummy. Nice with a cup of coffee or with some ice cream!
