Is it Christmas without chocolate?

With only 29 days left until Christmas (panic!) my thoughts turn to making sure that we have all the relevant treats so I was happy to receive some quality chocolates from Hotel Chocolat.
I've bought Hotel Chocolat before for friends and family for those special occasions so we were no stranger to its quality but we'd never tasted their Christmas range before. Before you ask who are they, Hotel Chocolat is a British chocolatier that connects luxury chocolate making and retailing with cocoa growing – it is one of the world’s few chocolate makers to actually grow cocoa.
We were sent the Signature Christmas collection
This delicious box of 19 chocolates contains both alcohol and non alcohol based chocolates. My favourite so far are the Christmas Mess, the Caramel Supernova (the star shaped one with sprinkles on) and the White Caramel Praline(which has a hint of salt in the caramel). Neb has been doing his bit and eating the alcohol based ones (Christmas Stars, Rum and Raisin and Mulled Port) and not complaining at all.
I think that if you feel like spoiling that special someone this Christmas then the Hotel Chocolat range is a definite try. Their Christmas ranges starts from £1.95 (for single chocolates) up to £300 for an ultimate Christmas Hamper. The box we received retails for £25.

We were sent the box to review and all opinions given are ours. Keep an eye out on the blog later this week and you could win a Hotel Chocolat advent calendar.
