Keep the boredom away 1
Well its rained nearly every weekend this year so far. Apart form Sunday when it was dry which is a miracle! With the bad weather has come the boredom so luckily for us a boredom busting box appeared through the door.
I am very happy and lucky to be sent a weekend box to keep the girls (mainly Car) quiet!
So what is a weekend box I hear you say.
Well you know when small child asks to do a crafty activity with you and you sit there going ummm.. this stops that, this helps you with a pre thought out activity with all the stuff inclyded so there's no rattling around for the bits!
The weekend box contains 4 activities and we've had fun making 3d glasses, sand art and a bird feeder (though bird feeder hasn't been hung up yet as am unsure it will survive either the cats in our garden or the wind!). Each activity is from a different section:
And after you've completed a card you can then add the complete section on it! Our fridge is currently festooned with the cards.
At £7.50 a box (sent out every fortnight) you can ensure that the kids are kept busy and with the fun design on the box it will make then rush for the post everyday! If you've never tried a box before then try one now - first box is £5
I love this box as it gives the kids something to do and as previously mentioned means that this craftless mummy can look cool and means I don't have to rack my brains to keep the girls happy
BNM
We were sent a Weekend box to review for free and this craftless mummy managed to get 3/4 activies done. Still working on the food acitvity
Updated - after emailing the company I've received a great deal for you all - a free box to try for yourselves by using the Promo Code FFION60 when asked for information! So if you're a craft phobic mummy like me then definately something to get for the weekend!
