So with Afon at university, Carys doing GCSE's so why not do a PG certificate. Lead by example, hopefully do better than at univeristy the first time round.

I must be mad, but I have been offered and have accepted to do a PG Certificate with the AUA (Association of Univeristy Administrators) and Nottingham Trent unviersity in HE Administration, Mangement and Leadership. This is a big step in my work based learning journey and now I'm worried that I may not be able to write at Masters level.....
