Metamorphosis

Today I had butterflies in my stomach.

Today I nearly cried when leaving the school gates.

Today my baby girl started school.

Look at her in her new classroom. Little hands clasped together (it was the start of the day). She didn't cry or cling she took it all in her stride!

This evening she is full of bubbling with the excitement of another day at school. She has asked whether she will be going for the next month. I have answered yes apart from weekends. She was disappointed there would be no school on the weekend!!

Another big step in their life, another huge step in ours. But on the plus side Neb did make the pasta sauce for dinner!! Tomorrow, I may even get him to do more.
