Give Blood

Yes I know Halloween was last week,  so no obviously I have not been eaten by a vampire!

I've just come back from giving blood and am not feeling faint or giddy. I may though use this as an excuse later on when the kids are driving me up the wall.

So please make sure you too GIVE BLOOD
