So sometimes, you need an angel actually on your shoulder telling you all the good things that you could say to yourself but you dont believe them. And however much of a strong independent woman you are its always nice to be told them.

Also, I apparently was getting too stressed with work ( this maybe after I stopped smoking) and I got bought this.

What I need to do is make a video of the phrases.. (I'm currently at home typing this and the button is on my desk- some people in work hate the button but a recent boss loved it- she thought we all needed one, but alas no others could be found)

(Sorry the photo is not the right way up your going to have turn your head or laptop...)
