I've just looked at my calendar and realised that today is Chinese New Year. This year is the year of the Dragon same as the year I was born.

I used to read my 'normal' horoscopes all the time when I was younger but have given up on it now, they were never true. But having read some of the facts about people born in the year of the dragon I now it is me. The characteristics of people born in a dragon year are
The Fire Dragon is a powerful force to be reckoned with. This is a Dragon doubled! The Fire Dragon can move from calm and collected to combustible in a matter of seconds. In some ways the Fire Dragon is his or her own worst enemy. These Dragons cannot help feeling they are valuable and all-knowing. When they are right their vehemence and vigour is an asset to the cause, and though they value objectivity, they do not always employ the best decision-making measures, and sometimes jump to the wrong conclusion. They also suffer from recklessness and quick tempers. Yet, when they do keep their temper, emotions, and rivalling spirit under control, they emanate a commanding influence on other people.
OOPS, Not all of that is obviously true but am nodding my head to some of it!

- Enterprising - see above
- Flexible - being a working mum I have to be!
- Self-assured - sometimes
- Brave - mm, well, kinda
- Passionate -oh yes
- Conceited - definitely not
- Tactless - yes I have a big mouth, my dad always told me to put brain in gear before opening mouth
- Scrutinizing - work wise yes
- Unanticipated - if it means random then yes well and truly!
- Quick-tempered - I have red hair so very definite and when I blow!!
